On the 8th of March 2024, eight students and two members of staff from Bohunt Horsham were selected to represent the next generation at a prestigious event in the UK. This event brought together inspiring women from various industries, including engineering, entrepreneurship, and culinary arts. The group was welcomed by Mrs. Murty, a businesswoman and the wife of the current Prime Minister. The girls participated in a speed networking session, where they had the opportunity to ask open and honest questions to each woman they met. The day continued with a fantastic lunch, followed by further opportunities for the girls to chat with the ambassadors of The Girls’ Network and other inspirational women. The event concluded with a tour of No. 10 Downing Street, where the group even got to meet Larry, the No.10 cat! It was truly an amazing experience for everyone involved, and we feel honoured to have been part of it.
